Rather than having a hodgepodge of firestop systems that have been provided by the architect, engineers, mechanical specialist, and others: we will provide a matrix of all firestop systems that will be necessary for installation of the said designed building.
Turnkey service for architects shall consist of, but not limited to the following:
o Full review of project manuals.
o Full review of blueprints.
o Writing of specification for firestop.
o Selection of firestop systems from a single source manufacturer.
o A matrix of firestop systems for several manufacturers showing like system from several manufacturers.
o Suggestions to prevent possible use of equivalent systems.
o Recommendation of systems that contain a w-rating where there is concern for possible water leaks between floors.
o Recommendation of devices used in areas where there are high traffic openings such as telecom, cable, low-voltage, or like needs were penetrants are replaced on a frequent basis.
o Selection of products to achieve LEED points.
o Third party inspections
